This is labeled as a Chicken Poop Rake, but I acquired it for a different reason. I have horses and large dogs. This scoop is perfect for moving horse apples and dog piles. The fact the handle can be shortened and making it easily adapted to those people who are shorter. I like the smaller size that what I have had in the past for my horses. The quality is significant and the way it was manufactured is evident in the smooth rails within the scoop. I like how the rails are spaced and it allows me to maneuver the waste much easier. I certainly am impressed with the overall quality and and practicality of this chicken poop scooper.     • Strange angle
This scoop assembled easily. Enclosed hardware and tools so nothing else is needed. It is well made and strong. The scoop will work well for a lot of things, poop, leaves, compost, etc. I have an issue with the angle of the handle. If you look at the picture, the image at the top shows about how low the handle has to be for the scoop to be level. The handle is long but you still need to be bent over. I am going to see if I can bend the scoop just below where it is attached. Won’t be easy because the metal is strong. ... show more

    • I like that I can use with one to four handle lengths
I like that the handle pieces allow me to vary the length of the handle. I have a small coop so I am using just the handle piece that bolts to the scoop so I can move it around in the coop to cycle the bedding. I can also take the bedding shelf out of the coop and do my scooping and turning with the shelf on the ground for a more complete cycling of the bedding. Only some of the poop pieces are large enough to be screened out by this scoop but I still give it five stars because it is so well built - It will last me a lifetime. ... show more

This is perfect size for cleaning out my chicken coop the extension allows me to get in the hard to reach corners without having to physically climb into it. The only fault is it came with tools for assemble but they were the wrong size, basically worthless.

I love this scooper! It was easy to assemble because the pieces just screw together. It's fairly lightweight and it works well and getting the chunks out. This is great for my coop, I have a longer coop and I can get back to the other end without any problem! I have sand in it and being able to get the poop out of it is nice!
