I love the sheet. It was extremely hard to make the purchase just because of the price tag. Not that I don't have the money but you're talking $260 for just one sheet. They should add expedited shipping for free with the price tag. I paid for faster shipping because I spent all this money to begin with. I've had the sheet four or five days now. I've had no issues. I liked the packaging and care instructions. I LOVE the deep pockets. I also have been sleeping better then ever with this sheet as I previously got a 3" lucid mattress topper on my mattress I was going to replace.
