I ordered the Aleissel 100% Natural Cotton 3pcs Botanical Comforter Sets King Size-Dusty Pink Comforter with Luxurious White Leaves & Branches, Reversible Lightweight Beige Bedding Sets, King sizes. It arrives very nicely packaged and vaccum packed at noted per the product information page- so there wasn’t any surprises. I was already expecting that and appreciate Aleissel for helping set the expectations. That’s good good customer service right there:) I opened it and Aleissel includes nice information and support to guide you thru the process… and I feel like that was especially vital to making this entire purchase & experience as great as it was! I laid the comforter out and let it regain its shape and re-fluff for about 40-ish hours before I put them in our bed. I really liked the look of these when I originally ordered them- I was not expecting to be so in awe over them! These are very soft toned, beautiful botanical, floral leaves comforter and pillow cases. They’re so light and fluffy and being 100% cotton, offer a light & airy sense of breathability that only cotton can. You can definitely feel the difference on your skin- the way the comforter lays on either your bare skin or with pajamas on- for me, there’s just no comparison to the feeling of 100% cotton. Cottons “ breathability “ means I’m going to have better quality sleep. The Dusty Pink with the reversible light beige comforter are so feminine and beautiful! The pillow shames are beautifully edged in light beige ribbon(see pic) It’s absolutely beautiful and matches perfect. The comforter regains it’s “fluff” wonderfully and is very comfortable and besides the beautiful botanical pattern… after curling up under the comforter…. oh my goodness…this one if the most comfortable comforters I’ve ever owned- not to mention its thickness/fluff factor! The Aleissel Botanical 100% Cotton Dusty Rose feels and looks like a luxury comforter. My bed looks and feels like the super-comfy beds on TVs & movies now- only NOW it actually FEELS like them too! The comforter and pillow covers are a dusty pink and in my pictures they look beige.. I’ve noticed they pickup or change in certain lights are colors in the room. I wanted to note this bcuz it is a beautiful set that will enhance and pick up other colors you’re incorporating them with. The ALEISSEL all cotton comforter set comes with a reversible duvet cover and two pillow shams. The material and workmanship is better than several other expensive duvet covers we've purchased the past several years. What makes this one so nice is the comfortable, substantial cotton material and the way it's been crafted. And the fact that it's reversible. I was looking for a shade that would work with the grey walls in my bedroom. This particular comforter was perfect. The design on one side is a bold, dark grey and slightly off white leaf pattern. The other side is a patterned grey, semi solid design. Both sides work perfectly in our bedroom. The material is heavier than the last duvet cover we bought, but it's all cotton, and so breathable. I think the ALEISSEL will hold up to our animals (fairly well behaved) than our last, much less substantial duvet cover. It feels more substantial. i like this product. Note: it comes vacuum packed and fluffs up when opened and exposed to air. This is not a lightweight, flyaway cover, like so many. The shams match and help the overall look on the bed. DESCRIPTION: This is a comforter set with two pillow shams, size King, color Dusty Pink (beige on underside) ———————— HOW WE USED IT: We have a full-size bed, which is smaller than a queen. We prefer using a queen or king size comforter, not only because the full-size comforters are hard to find, but our bed is elevated off the floor (the top of the mattress is at 27" high) which results in a full-size comforter not coming down far enough to cover the sides well. This comforter hangs down 15" on each side which is fine. We ran these through the washer/dryer as instructed before using to fluff them up. ———————— PLUS POINTS: This is a nice set. The material is lightweight, and smooths out nicely. Quite wrinkly at first from the compressed packaging, but the comforter wrinkles smoothed out gradually. The shams are best ironed to take out the wrinkles. This comforter comes down further (15") on the sides (of a full size bed) for a nice appearance. The shams have a wide "frame" around them which makes for a complete appearance across the top with no gaps. They are also a bit larger than our pillows so it easy to insert the pillows. The comforter is reversible, so if a mark occurs you can flip it to the other side. The botanical pattern is pleasant and attractive (but only on one side). We have run these through a washer/dryer cycle with no issues. The comforter takes a long time to dry, so after coming out of the dryer we spread it out next to the warm wood stove and air-dried it for a few hours. If you don't have a wood stove or outdoor clothesline handy, you may wish to use a commercial dryer. ———————— MINUS POINTS: No issues! ———————— OVERALL: We like this set. It is soft and lightweight and dresses up the room nicely. We also like the fit when used on our full size bed. ... show more
