Not at all bad. I've tested several kids' tablets from ITDULCET, and I've found them all more than acceptable. I'm not using gushing language for this review because kids' tablets don't warrant it. These things tend to be *just about good enough*, built with old generation components and suitable for kids but far too clunky to satisfy adults. This one is no different. The 4GB of RAM is enough to keep it comfortably zippy - enough to switch between two apps without any noticeable lag, in any case - though you wouldn't want to run a split screen of a YouTube video while playing a game. I imagine that kind of strain might beat it. Everything on this tablet functions as it should. The screen is crisp enough, the wifi works flawlessly, it's easy to download new apps and the child friendly case is well built. If you want a tablet to allow your kids to watch videos or play simple games this should do the trick. The price ain't bad, either. ... show more

There are many positive things about this Android tablet. It was very easy to set up (comes with a nice little printed manual) and was easy to connect to our WiFi. The case is a pliable, but very protective, silicone case that can be removed. The case has a kickstand that can be folded out to hold the tablet upright for viewing at the table. [However, the stand also folds up over the top of the tablet, as if it was to be used as a carrying handle - and I'm not sure how long that would survive with an active child.] The tablet comes with a screen protector. The tablet displays a sharp picture with great color. This is an upgrade from our previous kids tablet – as it is an Android 13 (previous one was Android 12), has 4 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM (twice the capacity of our previous kids tablet). The audio does seem to be much much quieter than our previous tablet (perhaps some Moms would find that a good thing?); but when I connected our 3.5mm headphones to the tablet, the audio came through the headphones loud and clear. The unit arrived with a 93% charge. This is just our third day of using the tablet, but so far we are pleased. ... show more

I found this tablet to be better than I expected. We have quite a few tablets in house, iPod, Samsung, Google and a couple generic Androids and so I used those for comparison. The first thing I did after setting it up was install Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ , Hulu and a couple of games. I always test them by streaming video because it tells me a lot about them. I have to say all the movies and videos streamed flawlessly. The only issue I had was a game made for mobile phones glitched slightly but it has done the same on a couple other tablets. The only issue I had was the speaker are not loud enough. I think that is partly due to the large silicone case around the tablet. I just connected it to a Bluetooth speaker and it was fine. I tried a set of Bluetooth headphones and it connected easily and the sound was great. It does come preloaded with a couple of kids apps on it but you can customize for your own needs. My wife tested it by watching a TNF game on Amazon and said it worked great. So much so she decided to keep the tablet for herself. I think this tablet would be perfect for any child and the large silicone case should keep it well protected. It connected easily to my WiFi network, to both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network. The camera functioned well and the pictures were nice and crisp. I found this tablet to be a great value for the money and highly recommend it. ... show more

I am a tablet freak. I cannot pass these little tablets up when I see them. I must have at least ten of them, and this one measures up well to all of the. My wife almost cries whenever she sees one of them. If you are looking for an inexpensive, fairly powerful tablet that does EVERYTHING you want from a tablet, you can't go wrong with this one. This is a substantial and durable learning tablet. The big tablet is clear and bright. Children can play and learn. It's easy to hold and great for car rides. The tablet fits in a tote bag. You can wipe it with a damp sponge. The delightful pink color is cheery. This is a fun tablet.

It took me a while to set up this tablet. The walkthrough process setting up a childs account under the parents account failed a several time before I turned the tablet off frustrated. I tried it again a few days later and finally to it to work. In the child mode, it's quite a bit different than the standard android. As expected, some of the regular tablet options become hidden. The tablet becomes a 'big button' style interface. All the admin level control are no longer visible. The tablet cost just a touch more than my other android tablet. But it construction material is a bit cheaper. The backing is plastic. And when I took the rubber protector cover off, I noticed this sizable gap. I was able to snap it together. If I had not taken off the cover to inspect it, I would have never noticed. The rubber cover it pretty big. The rotating back ring is pretty stiff while the cover is pretty soft. So when trying to put the ring into a standing position, the rubber cover pulls with it, making it challenging to use the ring. The rubber cover does not keep a charging cable from being used. We had it for a month and it would take long to charge. After a while charging it would only show the dead battery 🔋. So we did a factory reset , already having issues with it. For the price nor worh it.
