This is a tablet that has gaming computer power on the low end. It's 10 GB ran and 128 GB is something you don't to see in most tablets. I expanded my storage to 256 GB out of a possible 1 TB by adding a 128 GB SD card and configured it as main storage. The system is quite fast being that it is 64 bit instead of 32. Gotta love that speed. Overall performance for me has been outstanding and I'm an IT Pro. This system runs business applications with ease and for those who love to stream you will enjoy this tablet it has a great picture and I've had not problems with buffing caused by the tablet having low memory. I have never heard of this brand, HiGrace, but it is one of the best tablets that I have ever owned. This product had great expectations.. Great price, size and great imaging. However, the batter would get so hot and had to be plugged in all the time after 10 minutes of use. After getting so frustrated with this performance I returned to amazon. Good luck on upgrading this product.

The media could not be loaded. I saw some videos in reviews of tablets touch screen completely not working so I was a little worried im sure those far and few werent really a brand issue more so something happening during delivery. The screen works well charger is slow at charging but its battery stays well I used it for a few hours to set up it lost roughly 40% ish of battery life which is not bad with the heavy use i put on it downloading apps all at once and logging in everything needed. The touch screen doesnt recognize some touches but not as terrible as some videos. I would say for price and based on the reviews the mean nasty low reviews shouldnt be put on the brand or seller. You pay low prices expect some minor minor function issues u can easily work around. My device hasn't over heated my roblox game works well all my socials work well. Smooth to use no freezes I would suggest everday standard use for device and maybe small games not large games but roblox is a decent sized game and i wanted it to run smoother that was why i purchased the tablet was specifically for roblox cause it runs slow on my phone. Games definetely will drain battery thats what drained mine but it doesnt drain it too fast just average speed id say. Im familiar with android devices and it works like a charm if your familiar to androids. (Dont mind my search history about caprisuns 🤣🤣 i just saw a funny tik tok about capri suns and got curious) ... show more

It will work fine for a while then the screen will suddenly not respond when you touch it. Also the tablet gets very warm when you're using it. As long as the touch screen is behaving the tablet works great.
