I was willing to use a substance deice after I dorpped my surface and made it useless.But when I looked to replace it I found with the persent cut backs at work, I wait to get what I wanted, I purchased this thing, and what a nightmare,out of the box it would not charge, it take two days two full days for it to power on, wheel spinning and white screen I waited, it booted sometime during the night, I spend the next two evening tryin to get to a webpage, called a AT&T tech, she was able to get it to connect, was slow loading but I was able to do my zoom meetings and get one or two power points over a two week everyday four to five hours, somedays it would not boot at all others it would boot and white screen, for ten minute, I sreach for fusion5 and found a email address no phone number, no reply to email, fusion.com is a joke. you buy it is yours, hope you have time to sreach youtude for help, so it hardware is at better troublesome, missing window files, Dll file conrupted poor wifi strenght and low low volune, the screen is good but the window installment needs to be re-installed to work even half I won't purchase it.I send it back to Texas, in the same packaging it was received, they emailed me with a message the tablet was broken in shipping and they can't repair, I must blow 207 bucks looking a cheap way to replace my priceless surface 3, wow ... show more

    • The ease of setup.
I bought this tablet to replace an older 32gb tablet that didn't have enough disk space to install the latest Windows 10 update. I use it primarily to access the internet and read online books. I also use it to project web sites and movies stored on an external hard drive. I've had this tablet for about 1 week now and am extremely happy with it. Some observations: Internet/Web access is quick and easy. Although I prefer Firefox to Edge, however I use them both. - The display is excellent. - Full-sized, 3.0 USB port comes in handy when connecting an external hard drive. - Mini-USB port also works as a charge port. There is a pin-connector port for the "official" charger, and it probably charges faster. But using the mini-USB port enables me to use the existing charge cables I use for any of my other devices. I really wanted to like this tablet. It would have served me well for traveling, if it worked. I had it less than a week and had to return it because it would just randomly shut off. Up to 4-5 times in less than 30 minutes, every time I tried to use the tablet. Also, it would do the same thing when trying to install apps. It would just shut down, not install the app, and then you'd have to start all over. The start button was a problem. You had to press it several times for the power to come on.     • Worked for a month...then started acting up.
I purchased this device for my 10 year old daughter's birthday. She was delighted to receive it and even used it for some of her online classes for school. I really hoped to have been able to give a very positive review. The truth is it worked perfectly for the first month, with a few days when it would spontaneously shut down (although the battery was full). After a few more weeks we noticed the shutting down became more frequent and it got harder to restart the device. When we sought to return the device however, we noted that the date for returns had already expired. We tried contacting support but have not yet been successful. We purchased the device on May 29th. My review was written on July 24th. The device now turns on but the screen is unresponsive. Terribly disappointed. ... show more

    • Died completely in a couple months
The title says it all. The tablet came in a box that had been opened, as evidenced by the "void" tamper proof tape. Everything seemed to be okay otherwise and I was able to use it for what I needed. After the first couple of uses for only simple things I had to charge it constantly to even watch a YouTube or Netflix video, even then with excellent WiFi connection it would stop and catch during the video frequently. Now today it will not turn on at all although it was at 43% battery and charging when I put it down a couple hours ago. Definitely not worth the price. ... show more

    • A great Windows 10 Tablet
I wasn't looking for a full blown PC in Tablet form, like a Microsoft surface. I just wanted a Windows 10 Tablet that would allow me to surf the web, read ebooks, watch the occasional youtube video, and cast shows to my chromecast/TV. I specifically wanted windows 10 so that I could work seamlessly between my Desktop, Laptop, and tablet without having to reformat any files or use different apps (such as android apps and things of that nature). This suits my needs perfectly. I also wanted it to have a full version of windows 10, not window 10 S (which limits you to using apps from the Microsoft store). Initially it was in Windows 10 S mode, but I was able to easily switch it out of S mode (just google how to do it, it's easy). Keep in mind I have a computer degree and work in the tech filed (Tech support, building and repairing computers and devices for a living). This tablet is great for all the things I listed above, but don't expect it to be something it's not like a gaming PC, that's just not what it's meant for. If you're looking for a great tablet that allows you to work seamlessly between other windows 10 devices, you don't need to look any further. ... show more

The tablet has been very convenient for taking home work to complete word documents and excel spreadsheets. Also, we began to use it to edit videos for Instagram advertising. the size is perfect for our needs, not to small to easily slip through large hands and not so big as to be bulky. The only con is it can be slow to start up at times. we purchased a docking keypad and it basically takes the place of our heavier laptop with the convenience of a tablet for reading. ... show more
