Great product! Easy to use and not complicated at all. Item came as described and well protected in its box. It came with a charging cable. The item also has educational items on it for kids. The feel is nice and it comes with a protective cover for the pad.

It has served its purpose but I like to give him something educational every year. Once I researched Google Kids Space and talked to his mother about it, I decided a tablet with a larger screen would be a perfect gift. I chose this one because it comes with a very durable case with a handle. My grandson is very destructive. I also ordered a tempered glass that fit perfectly. Not only was the delivery of the 1st tablet a nightmare, but after finally receiving it, the tablet wouldn't charge! I took a chance and ordered another one to replace it, and the 2nd one won't charge either. It's been on the charger for 8 hrs.
