I was needing something to thin down the wood in some areas, this works great. I would suggest practicing on a scrap piece of wood first, to find a correct speed.

As a woodworker i like to try new things out there that would look like it would make your job easier or even more interesting. I tried this product on pine wood which is considered soft wood. It bearly made a dent on the wood. I'll leave it up to you to try it, i dont personally recommend it.

    • These tools have proven to be durable even with oak wood carving.
Initially, I was skeptical about the suitability of these for wood carving, but they have exceeded my expectations. The double-cut design results in slower cuts, but the finish is more refined. With more experience, I learned to select the appropriate bit for the task at hand.

They are very sharp and cut well. We pass through the tree without recoil and jamming. Easy to cut.
