These work well, but they are a lot shorter than I was hoping. They are only 16 inches tall, so you have to bend over pretty far to pick the stuff up off the ground. It does help me to hold MORE than my 2 hands would. Just smaller than expected.

There are a lot of fallen leaves in the backyard in autumn. In addition to using a leaf blower, the leaves in the corners always need to be picked up by hand. I usually pick them up with my hands and throw them into a bucket. I found this helper to clean the leaves piled together into the trash can. Its only drawback is that the leaves are easy to get stuck in the iron rods. That is not a big problem. it can really effectively remove the leaves on the ground after all, which saves me time and effort. These are awesome for kids or adult use! Used them for picking up clippings from bushes and trees. They are lightweight so kids can even use them but are all metal and have a good coating over the metal so they don’t easily rust out. They did accidentally get left out in the rain and I did have a tiny bit of rust, but nothing major. They perform well at picking up lots of brush and have enough space between tines that rocks can drop out the bottom. If you pull the screw out you can use them to collect a larger amount but the design is just right to grab a sizable amount with ease. This is easy to grip, even if you have smaller hands. Doesn’t take long for me or my kids to pick up a large pile of clippings and dump into the trash. Makes getting cleanup faster, simple and especially if you are needing to pick up sticker-y type of material, it saves your hands! I also like that they are small enough to store or even transport! You can use these like a rake or two for that matter, but obviously don’t have a long handle. Worth the value for what you get and looks nice. ... show more

When I saw these I thought, I want to give these a try. I'm a very short person and when raking up leaves and you're ready to push them against the rake to put them in the bin, I have issues with the rake handle being so long and me having to choke up on it so far that's it's really awkward. These are the perfect solution for my rake problem! And if I should want to use just the one in place of my hand, I can do that, too. Very happy someone thought up this product. ... show more

These have been very useful cleaning up grass clippings, grabbing hay for animals and removing the already falling leaves. Was probably one of the best finds of the season for me. Can certainly vouch for their usefulness!! And they saved much time and effort!!

When this arrived, the here was some rust in the plastic packaging but the rakes didn’t seem to have any issues. The nice thing about this set is that you can use it a couple ways depending on your preferences.
