  • Good gazebo for the price, excellent customer service
Assembly is pretty easy and common sense should guide you. Having two people is helpful. Ours arrived with one frame damaged - a bar had come loose from the soldering. We went ahead anyway and thought we were in the clear, but a big storm took it out because of the weakened spot. The frame bent at that point, and there was no salvaging it. Contacted the seller and provided photos - they took care of it immediately with a replacement. Now we have a beautiful gazebo our birds love. We secured two 6 foot double shepherd's hooks to it at opposite sides using black zip ties, which makes it extra solid and secure. We hang bird feeders on the shepherd's hooks, and it creates a lovely spot for the birds to perch. A really lovely addition to the backyard. I'd take the chance for the price - with reliable customer service you've got nothing to lose and a lot to gain. ... show more

  • Very pretty, a little flimsy
It was fairly easy to assemble but is made of very thin tubing. One of the scrolls was partially broken when taking it out of the box and it did not come with enough bolts and nuts. I would say for the price it was a still a good deal.

  • great price
Its pretty unique its not the strongest but I taped the joins with black insulation tape and it has stayed put and flippin fat pigeons land on it as well (& still in one piece) for the money it does the trick 9.5/10. This says it was reviewed from the States but actually I am in the capital - Wellington City - New Zealand. Wgtn has a reputation for its wind and we just had the biggest downpour in 100 years (apparently) and it is still standing no problem for one year now! Its very unique for around here. I have fairy lights draped on the top in such a way twisting it around the top joints so it strengthens its assembly. Yeah its not the strongest steel but its price reflects that and you have to be pretty um, dumb I guess?, not to be able to rectify its slight weakness somehow. I love it very much, dont be put off by bad reviews. I can vouch for it anyway. Thank you. ... show more

  • EASY ASSEMBLY
I was weary of what other reviews had said, about the flimsy manufacturing job . . .but I have to say I was really impressed with this item. We had this up in a matter of maybe . . . a half hour. The instructions are just a picture of the pieces .. . but it's pretty easy to figure out. Honestly . . for ease of placement and making sure none of the legs bow and everything stays together . . it is a two person job to hoist it upwards. But other than that . . . the look of the gazebo is really nice. And we found a little bench to place underneath, we have two climbing roses in back and a clematis and a honey suckle up front . . . hopefully everything will just grow right over the top. The honeysuckle will definitely take over the top. LOVE THIS PURCHASE. it is pretty light weight but once staked into the ground and then covered the bottom of the legs with rock . . . it's good to go. It's pretty windy where I live so far so good! ... show more

  • Very happy with purchase
I looked at various gazebos for several weeks before settling on this one, and I'm glad I did. A few welds were loose when I unpacked it, so I just used Krazy Glue to fix them. The price was right, the assembly was fairly simple, and it's just sturdy enough to support 3 or 4 morning glory vines on each of the four sides (12 total). Just a few months into my first season with this gazebo, the trellis and canopy are covered with beautiful morning glory flowers every day. The gazebo adds a classy, old-world touch to my garden and I'm very pleased with the purchase. ... show more

  • The garden arch is beautiful, but it arrived broken!
My garden arch arrived on time, which is great. I began to unpackaged my item to find it had very poor quality welds some of which were broken, also some of the poles were slightly bent which made it very difficult to assemble. I ended up having to get someone to repair the broken welds. Other than the above listed issues it is beautiful. I do believe the product would be better if it had some type of wider based feet on the bottom to give it more stability. Hopefully I will be accommodated for my troubles with this product. I have rated it 3 starts due to the damage to the welds and bent poles. Thanks. ... show more

  • Do Not Buy,made poorly!
I am so disappointed in this. I first seen it really wanted it for my yard,so I bought it. I went and spent $$ on 5 cans of Rust-Oleum white spray paint due to keeping it from rusting plus I did not like the color. The welding's were already coming apart , you could see rust on the metal as well when I took it out of the box. Thankfully my Husband has a welder and did weld the metal back together. Then other metal pieces eventually broke on their own. My Husband went out of his way to anchor this down by taking wood spindles drilling holes in the middle ,drove them in the ground pretty deep and putting the frame of this arch in the each spindle (total of 8) , drove screws thru both the wood & frame to hold together. He did an awesome job. This arch's welding's were so bad it eventually came apart here & there ,was not stable because of being poorly made, had some wind the other day...looked outside and it was on the ground! Well it is garbage now....What a waste of $$. I cannot believe it,I am really disappointed I spent my $$$ on this......:( Diane from Central N.Y. ... show more
