Product is fine packaging sucks. Plastic case screws were in was open, screws were in shipping bag. Bag was torn open and screws were falling out. Missing 2 out of 50, I can live with that, just got lucky. Amazon needs to rethink cost effective packaging. Padded envelope would help.

Couldn’t find stainless hex head machine screws locally and these were available next day. Stainless shouldn’t rust or get bonded to the nuts, which is important since I was adding larger (5”) swivel casters to our Weber grill so it would roll easier over uneven ground and rough pavement. Photo shows what the Amazon driver left: a smashed flimsy plastic box with screws falling out. Fortunately, none fell out of the plastic mailing envelope. Unless this plastic box was taped to cardboard that fit the envelope well, future shipments will likely have the same issues. These screws have very clean threads and fit perfectly in the matching T-nuts ordered from a different Amazon seller. Gave 5 stars for quality, value, and quick shipping. Hoping seller will work with Amazon to come up with a more secure packing for shipping. ... show more
