First unit arrived damaged, the packaging is inadequate. Returned for replacement and second unit with no visible damage but the gun leaks air badly, the two stage trigger was unusable with the first stage not working at all (full air stream leaking through even in closed state) and the second stage binds badly. Returned it a week ago for refund and still no word on my refund. *** Update - After 1 full month passed they finally posted my refund, split between an Amazon gift card, my credit card and minus a 20% Restocking fee!!! To my surprise this actually works! I’m brand new to airbrushing but have been an artist for a long time and this dual action airbrush is easy and intuitive to use and control. The pump isn’t extremely loud, the kit comes with everything you need to use it out of the box and clean it. The only thing I wish was that the pump had a tank so it didn’t turn on every time you started spraying. ... show more
