My 3 year old (almost 4) opened this for her birthday and I was so disappointed as it looks nothing like the photo, in addition we opened the package and the dolls head fell off without hardly touching it. This scared my daughter and now she won’t go near it. Hopefully the store owner does the right thing and fixes this issue as I would gladly take my business elsewhere! ... show more

My 9 year old, who still plays with dolls, was very excited waiting for this doll. She opens the box, goes to take the headband off to comb the doll's hair and all head falls off. She was so disappointed! AND, the doll doesn't look at all like the picture, AT ALL. Overpriced doll to say the least.
