My husband is medically complex so we just have to find ways to keep moving forward. This ring is a great, subtle reminder to me. The hidden message makes me chuckle. I don't know if this is supposed to work at all like a fidget ring, but it does for me! I wear it a little loose so I can twist it around on my finger. On very rare occasions get it caught in my hair when I'm sleeping or putting hair up. I also sometimes get one of the ends/edge caught on things, but not too often. I sometimes need to adjust how it fits on my finger, but it is a little hard for me to get just right still. That said, I wear it every day with minimal issues and it's comfortable. I was very disappointed in this ring. The metal was very dull and unpolished. The edges were rough and felt as if the metal had just been cut with no polishing or smoothing of the edges. Even more then these things I was highly dissatisfied with the engraving on this ring, it was very shallow and tiny. The engraving rubbed down/off with just a short period of time from every day wear. The saying on it was clever and cute. Overall poor quality and did not look like the photo image provided. Exactly like picture. Comfortable, i forget im wearing it. The edges are squared, not rounded. That would be better. Lots and lots of compliments. Its a great ring.
