First of all. throw out the rhinestones and buy your own colors. there are: AB glow in the dark flat colors glitter shapes all of these can be found on Amazon.. or there are websites for really cool AB drills out there for you to discover. I fill in the leftover spaces and the background with black play sand. and for waterproofing, I cover them with UV resin the issues I have with this set *Not all the background is level with the edges. so the pattern is off *the adhesive is not over the entire coaster (sticky paper was needed) *STOP SELLING the entire kit, we who do these for stress throw away the rest of the kit every time we buy these. Sell JUST the coaster ... PLEASE! let us figure out what colors to put where, much more fun. ... show more

I was impressed with this set of coasters. It is easy enough for beginners & is a very relaxing craft to do. My only negative thing to mention is that I ran out of the " #" color, a light blue. The reason for a overall 4 stars, is that I had to search for left overs from my other crafts to come up with the nearest color needed to complete 2 coasters. On the other side of the issue is that I ended up with an abundance of color "P". I had used only 2 packets out of 11 as seen in the picture above. All the coasters in this grouping are beautiful. This may sound weird but I've started to give these to my patients to use as a relaxer during group therapy. I have my patients do diamond painting this helps them relax and open up and has helped them tremendously. They like these coasters the best the designs are nice, the coasters themselves are sturdy, well made, there are plenty of diamond dots and they look very nice when complete. ... show more

My wife has really enjoyed making these coasters, however, she is not quite half done and she noticed that the remaining 10 packs of beads are all the same color. So, now that she has spent all the time making these she may have to return all her hard work and start over.
