The color and quality of this dress is amazing. Looks and feels much more expensive. The green velvet color is gorgeous and true to the picture. The dress fits like a glove and feels delicious. Got rave reviews from friends and my husband, who couldn't take his eyes or hands off me. I originally sized up 1 size, which fit, but ended up ordering 2 sizes up for a slightly more flattering (for my body shape) and comfortable but still totally sexy fit! This dress is out of my comfort zone, I usually go for an A-line or trapeze style dress due to a larger mid-section but I gave this a go and so happy I did! Nice and stretchy and the ruching hides everything I am self-conscious about. I'm 5'4" about 190/195lbs with a mom belly that has turned into a perimenopause belly so it ain't cute but this dress hides all of that. Shapes around my bum nicely- actually look like I have one. I used this dress to attend a sweet 16.. the material is comfortable and soft and very flattering. I originally ordered the 3x and while it was nice, I wasn't convinced as it was a bit loose..
