These lights are extremely bright. Had to order a 2nd set. 1st set did not come with bracket to install. Shipped in box only with no tape to keep it closed. Needed lights right away so ordered another set, came in Amazon envelope after I left a bad review about shipping 1st set. Very happy with 2nd set. Fairly easy to install.     • These are really bright and well constructed
At 30 bucks a pair, I was cautious. Now the ups, they are bright, well constructed and look much better than the Hella round ones that they replaced. Glass seems strong only some gravel roads will tell in the long run. They are light in weight and come with decent hardware. Only down side is adjusting the level can be an issue because the screws are way low on the back and my mounts made it difficult to adjust them to level. It would be helpful if the light bracket had an option to have the bracket sit higher so as to have more clearance for the set screws. All in all I like them. I drove out in the rain today with overcast and they even lit up street signs with overcast. Can't wait to see how bright they are at night. It would also be good if they offered covers for them. Some states will fail them on inspection if they are not tied to the high beams to shut off. I drive an unimproved road in the sticks a lot so will run both high beams and these. If I have covers during inspection it would pass as is. I had a 52" light bar and these two small lights put our more light. I will be putting a rack on top of my Jeep Wrangler and most likely by two pair to mount front and back on the rack with a separate switch. They will great for lighting up the boat ramp. Okay went for a drive, first thing I noticed is how wide the beam is, its great for country roads when the deer are moving. Good range could see the lettering on a street sign at almost a half a mile. Tips, use a level to get them aligned vertically and a straight edge so the are in line with each other. Current draw was low and when combined with high beams super on the unimproved country road to my lease property. ... show more

I've bought several pairs of these types of lights in the past and there's only one thing in common with them all. Structurally the light assembly is just as advertised and holds up very well. As for the mounting portion, it isn't even subpar. The screws/hex screws losen up, and the mount bracket breaks off after every single first use. End up having to tape them to the fixture every time. The makers need a new mounting system for them and they need it fast. The lights are very bright, which is exactly what I need and I'm sure many many others who have purchased these lights love about them. Mounting portion just needs some work. ... show more

    • Lights are bright and work great on ATV.
Lights work well on ATV. The only issue I had was the bracket assembly package was missing parts and I had to order a replacement to get all of the parts. They allowed me to send one set back minus the parts needed and it works well.

The price point is great, and the quality is great, but the die-cast mounting brackets are subpar and subject to the harmonics of whatever these units are mounted to. When a bracket broke, I ordered another set of lights just for the brackets. Now the second bracket broke. I used the remaining bracket from the second order, and I have nothing to fall back on when a third bracket breaks (and it will). For the record, these are mounted on a 26" snow thrower. I wish there was a way to communicate with the manufacturer to stock up on the mounting brackets, or, at the very least, either redesign the brackets or make them out of a composite with more strength. Here's hoping someone sees this and communicates. I love the product. ... show more

These fog lights are very bright, almost like high beams. I saw reviews about water entering the housing so I bought clear waterproof silicon and caulked around the housing. Granted, it hasn't rained too much here, but no water in my lens. Wires are pretty thin also.
