I’m a size 22 women’s and this fit great. Skirt is very staticky. There are these white strings that I think you are supposed to wrap around u and tie but those were short so I just added on extra ribbon onto it then tied and it helped keep the top part of it in place. Let me start by saying yes I’m a bigger size girl (230) and usually wear XL. I’ve had issues with cosplays in the past because they’re too small that the belt doesn’t even close around my stomach/waist. This cosplay does! And it’s so comfy! Its very pretty my daughter loved it she usually wears large but had to get it fix because the ribbon around didn't fit and had to get some sewing fixed because it came apart other than that it is very pretty

I previously purchased a small but had to return and go up a size ( M) . But I wasn’t expecting a different color skirt that does not match the picture. Also the bow belt ( attaches with Velcro ) is still small even though I went up a size.
