Are you looking for something affordable, simple and sturdy? This was exactly what we were looking for and I’m super impressed. We originally got this to replace our previous boxspring that was made by the same company we purchased the mattress from. It was made of wood and completely broken so we needed something strong that would hold up. I’m very handy and I can usually tell if something is going to be a pain to put together or flimsy pretty quickly. However, I was immediately impressed with the materials and the fact that they included a nice ratchet wrench. It took me about 30 minutes or so to put together. We got the king size for our guest room so the box was pretty heavy. It says to use two people to carry it. I always say, “two people or one stubborn DIY-er”. I was able to get this down into our basement and set it up all alone. I like that this is 16 inches off the floor. Our guests will have room to fit their bags under the bed and out of the way. This does have metal cross bars which could make noise over time. However, they have put a foam strip down the center support rod which prevents any noises from occurring for now. The only negative for me is there would be no way to attach a headboard. I’m sure you could figure it out though if that’s something you decided on doing. ... show more

The bedframe comes is all the tools you need to assemble and each part is labeled - Very easy to assemble, and very sturdy. Great height too! Would buy again!

    • Perfect if on a budget and small spaces
This bed frame is perfect for anybody on a budget! It gives you underneath storage if you are limited to space. It was fairly easy to put together you may need two people to make it easier but it can be put together by one person. It has been sturdy for the year I have had it and that’s with having two bigger dogs on it as well. The only down fall is that it is starting to creak but it’s not terrible. ... show more

***Update from 1 year later is below my initial review** 12/2022 review: I love to assemble items this was easy to assemble, I separated everything and grouped similar items together and I was done in maybe 20 mins. It's a bit wobbly but sturdy and my mattress doesn't slip off (the horizontal poles have glue strips I kept then covered) and it's shorter than what I'm used to but so far I'm enjoying my new bed frame UPDATE 12/2023 Support beams in middle are slanting & the stud hikes are stripped - just got off phone with support ...5 year warranty will only replace broken parts- entire frame needs replacing- will send email another pictures to support email bit it seems from other reviews they only send replacement parts. Buy this if it's for guest room; not for everyday use. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money on this cheap and hollow metal frame
This bed frame has been a hassle from the start, and I'm so fed up with it. I purchased this when I moved into a new house because I wanted a solid King bed frame that I could use for a long time. Well, I guess I was totally wrong and I regret this purchase. For starters, it took almost 2 hours to put this thing together when I first got it because there are so many little parts and pieces that have to be put together in the exact correct order or else you have to unscrew parts to make other ones fit. The bottom of each leg has a wimpy little plastic cap to help keep the sharp metal from scratching the floor, which don't work at all! The plastic eventually gets shoved into the hollow leg and it will put deep gouges in your wood floor as it did mine. I even used thick rubber furniture pads and the metal is so sharp that it cut through every single one of them in less than a month. The 3 small support legs that go under the bed and on the 2 sides are also a complete joke. 2 of the under-bed ones don't even attach to the frame with anything except friction, so they eventually just fell off and have no way to stay on. The other support legs bent their thin metal supports, and every time I get into bed the entire frame will shift to one side and make the most god-awful squeaking noise. I haven't even had this frame for a year and I was sick of it 3 months after I started using it. I'm around 270 pounds and it's only me that uses this bed, but the description says it can hold 3000 lbs - yeah right! Get real. I would not recommend anyone buy this frame, especially if you need one to use on wood flooring ... show more

    • No sharp corners, lots of storage
Got this frame so I could get rid of the box springs on my bed and use the space underneath the bed for more storage. I chose this model because of the rounded edges on the end posts. So far, I have not bumped a knee or run my foot into any of the posts. The frame is just as sturdy, if not more so, than the original frame with the box springs.
