My husband is 5'6" and 220-224 lbs. The 3XL was too tight, could NOT get it zipped up. The suit is made in China so maybe sizing is different than for U.S.A. ?!? We are not concerned about the length, he PU some dive boots so can either tuck in bottoms or cut the off..not really that important, but needs to be able to fit into the suit comfortably. That being said, we returned thed 3XL and ordered the 4XL. THE 4XL WORKS.. as I said, to long, but works we can zip him in! ... show more

I use this for canyoneering where there is water in some of the pot holes we encounter. I've worn this suit in "warmer" water at about 50 degrees, but I've also worn it in water that we broke ice at the surface and had to continue breaking ice as we swam to shore. While the experience wasn't always the most pleasant, this wet suit kept me as warm as reasonably possible throughout the entire experience. I bought a second exact same suit because it worked so well. I also prefer the front zip. For me, it is easier to get in and out of.
