I have been using Zagg products for years. Never had a problem. Not once, not ever. Zagg products are absolutely excellent. The best aspect of their screen protectors is the ease of installation. It is virtually impossible to mess up. I saw some 1-star reviews on here with people complaining about the installation. I suppose it’s possible that there was a problem at the factory and that the materials were fabricated slightly imperfectly, resulting in an imperfect installation experience… HOWEVER - I think that any issue a user experiences with alignment and installation of the screen protector is due to USER ERROR. That’s right, if you’re complaining about the screen protector being maligned or some bs, it’s because YOU messed up putting it on. The ENTIRE REASON that Zagg is able to get away with charging $40-60 for a flimsy piece of “glass” is *because of* that piece of plastic that you use to guide the installation and achieve a perfect fit. AND WHAT’S MORE IS THAT ZAGG GUARANTEES A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND SO IF YOU F UP THE INSTALLATION JUST TELL ZAGG AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE. AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Now THAT is what I call quality customer service. They are so confident in the quality of their product that they are willing to dole out replacements to anyone and everyone who has any sort of problem with their product. What’s that? You dropped your phone onto the pavement and the screen protector cracked? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. What’s that? You didn’t clean the surface of your phone and there’s a bunch of lint stuck underneath resulting in bubbles? Well they’ll probably magically disappear in less than a day anyway, but if they don’t? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. All you have to do is pay for shipping. ALSO - these products are selling here on Amazon for 40-60% off their retail price. That is an absolute STEAL. Anyone who’s given a Zagg product less than a 4 star review is absolutely out of their mind. I have been using Zagg screen protectors since my iPhone 6+ in 2014. I ALWAYS get a Zagg screen protector. I get them for my devices and for my friends and family. What’s more is that the glass in the Zagg screen protector feels better to tap/scroll on than Apple’s fancy “Ceramic Shield” glass. It’s smoother and it just feels way more premium, which is crazy because you’d think that Apple’s flagship phones would be made to have top-of-the-line materials! I cannot overstate how much I respect and appreciate this company. Did you know that Zagg also makes phone cases? Gear4 is the case company and they are my FAVORITE cases!! I purchased 3 separate cases for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I purchased two of them for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. They are superb products. And I happily paid full price for those! The two S21 Ultra cases and screen protector I bought at a T-Mobile store (so full MSRP) and the 3 cases and screen protector for the iPhone 13 Pro I bought through Zagg’s website (with a 30% discount). In conclusion, my point is that these are THE best. Bar none. You can support Zagg directly or you can get the products here on Amazon from King Bezos. I understand the allure of the 50% discount Amazon is offering but what I don’t understand is someone who chose to buy the massively discounted version and then COMPLAINS about a product because of a mistake that THEY made. ESPECIALLY when Zagg has an extremely generous policy about sending out replacements. You used to have to send in the old damaged one, and now, to cut down on costs to the customer (paying for shipping back the defective one and the shipping out of the replacement), you just tell them what happened and they say “ok cool we’ll send out another one presently” no questions asked. I hesitated buying this as I go through screen protectors frequently. You can get 3 for like $8 elsewhere. But once I had this one on I changed my tune. The installation is seamless and actually fits the screen properly. My cheaper protectors had over hang. This also has better screen sensitivity. The blue light filter makes a difference. Because this protector actually fits properly in my 13 pro I’m hopeful it will last much longer without lifting or bubbling. ... show more

I like all the features and I appreciate the installation kit. However, make sure you are using it on the correct side and use the white cloth to take out ALL air bubbles before use. I bought it for me, my husband and now for my sister. Mine is perfect, my husband has 2 air bubbles on the bottom and my sister has a couple or air bubbles on the top corners. The antiglare works, but it depends on the angle you are holding the phone. I do have to say that although it's a bit pricey, I would still buy it again. I have used Zagg many times and was always happy with them. Unfortunately this screen had a "blemish" right in the center so I returned it. I purchased another directly from Zagg and it works fine and I am very pleased with it. I suspect the first one was one of the rare anomalies that somehow escaped through QC. It arrived with a couple of bubbles. Trying to put it on with an Otterbox is a pain. It didn’t seem to fit and had some bubbles. I was resigned to send it back, but I kept smoothing it out for over 5 minutes. Eventually it was perfect. Once on, it’s the best screen protector I’ve ever had. It’s super clear. Had a horrible experience with this product. Ordered 1st case. It had 2 defects in the screen protector where it looked like star bursts on the underside of the protector. Could not see that until the screen protector was installed. Ordered a replacement through Amazon. Replacement screen had rather large (1/2 inch) defect in upper left edge of protector. Again, looked like a star burst or alligator skin on underside of protector. Amazon would not let me do free replace again so I ended up doing a return, which I had to box up. Wanting to give them one more shot, I ordered the case again. Low and behold I received a package where the Zagg box had already been opened (seals cut), the alcohol cleaning wipe was gone, and the screen protector looked like it was used and reapplied to the protective film it ships with. Fuzz and tiny hair between the protective film and the sticky underside of the protector. Immediately packed back up and put in for a replacement, which arrived yesterday. Received a brand new, sealed package with all proper contents. Applied the protector to my brand new iPhone 13 pro and still had one pin hold size defect on the underside of protector (star burst/alligator skin type defect again). Very disappointed but don’t have the energy to do another return. Just living with it at this point. Will definitely look for another brand in the future. ... show more
