I had a towel rack but the towels never got warm unless you heated them for an hour or so and got maximum contact with the rails. This bin warmer is so fast and the towels are toasty warm in less than 15 min. I totally recommend.

    • Great Towel Warmer
This towel warmer does everything it is advertised to do. It is big enough to heat two large towels, pajamas and robe all at one time. The unit is small enough to not take up a lot of space in the room. I like the automatic timer that turns off after the set time. Towels come out hot, like right out of the dryer. When turning warmer on, you have to press and hold button for a few seconds. Sometimes it is harder to turn on than other times. First off, I am attached to my towel warmer. When I started having issues with my Zadro, I was devastated. The customer service I was provided was stellar. The company sent reboot instructions and to no avail, it didn't work. I thought well, that was that. It was not. They replaced my unit. It is arriving today. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing customer service. They made it right and I am very grateful. It seems like the art of customer service has gone by the wayside.     • PLEASE IGNORE POSITIVE REVIEWS, DO NOT BUY!
I was very excited about this product, and I was convinced by all of the positive reviews that this was a product worth spending over a hundred dollars on. However, this ended up being probably the worst product I ever purchased in my life. The button was stuck in a way that it was difficult to turn on the settings, but I got it to the lowest time level. I put one towel in, and when I got it out about 20 minutes later, the towel had been completely burned. There was a terrible smell that never went away. The plastic at the top was melting. The timer never turned itself off, but the button was so stuck and it was difficult to turn off manually. I thought it was user error and tried again, but it ended up charring a couple more of my towels. Not only did I waste money on this product, but it cost me the price of the towels, and is a fire hazard. Even worse, it just stopped turning on completely within the month. I contacted the seller, but they said all they could do was have us pay to return it. There is no way I am wasting any more time or money on this horrible product. Please my advice and the advice of others leaving the reviews, you do not want to waste this much money on what essentially amounts to a heap of burned plastic. ... show more

    • Works so great it’s my 2nd purchase
A nice surprise is the color almost matches my trim! This thing is a life saver in the winter or when you want a warm blanket. Easy to use, light weight, extreme value for the cost! I liked my last one so much that I bought one for my daughter!

Excellent quality. Towels are always nice and warm. Perfect towel warmer. It can actually be used for robes, slippers, clothing as it is large enough. It warms up quickly and shuts off on its own with the timer. Put your towels in this about 15 minutes before you shower to get them thoroughly warmed. ... show more

    • Loved until it stopped working
I loved this even though the buttons stopped working shortly after purchasing. It was still usable but just had too press them a little harder than normal. However after having for almost 4 years the auto shutoff stopped working without warning and it didn't shut off after the last use. We only discovered this with the smell of burning plastic and now the bottom is melted. ... show more
