This towel warmer does everything it is advertised to do. It is big enough to heat two large towels, pajamas and robe all at one time. The unit is small enough to not take up a lot of space in the room. I like the automatic timer that turns off after the set time. Towels come out hot, like right out of the dryer. When turning warmer on, you have to press and hold button for a few seconds. Sometimes it is harder to turn on than other times. Bought this for my wife because she hates the cold and getting out of a shower if the outside air is cold. To Like: She loves it. It works as advertised. Can fit two full towels or 1 and bath robe. Timing is accurate and it gets plenty hot on the inside. Very compact and lightweight so easy to store or move between bathrooms. Not To Like: Inside wall is HOT, so careful taking towels out. I've used towel warmers at hotels, spas, etc, and I don't particularly find a use for them. It ambient heat so it wears off quickly. But for somebody that wants something immediately warm out of a shower, it works. ... show more

    • PLEASE IGNORE POSITIVE REVIEWS, DO NOT BUY!
I was very excited about this product, and I was convinced by all of the positive reviews that this was a product worth spending over a hundred dollars on. However, this ended up being probably the worst product I ever purchased in my life. The button was stuck in a way that it was difficult to turn on the settings, but I got it to the lowest time level. I put one towel in, and when I got it out about 20 minutes later, the towel had been completely burned. There was a terrible smell that never went away. The plastic at the top was melting. The timer never turned itself off, but the button was so stuck and it was difficult to turn off manually. I thought it was user error and tried again, but it ended up charring a couple more of my towels. Not only did I waste money on this product, but it cost me the price of the towels, and is a fire hazard. Even worse, it just stopped turning on completely within the month. I contacted the seller, but they said all they could do was have us pay to return it. There is no way I am wasting any more time or money on this horrible product. Please my advice and the advice of others leaving the reviews, you do not want to waste this much money on what essentially amounts to a heap of burned plastic. ... show more

    • Great job warming towels but only lasted 3 years
Overall this product works well it evenly warms the towels. Only complaint except for only lasting 3 years is that if you extend the time the towels it does not get them as warm as it does with just a 15 min cycle.

Gifted this to my husband because he was constantly complaining about his cold towels after showers .... here we are nearly three years later and he still uses the towel warmer religiously. My only complaint is that our new bathroom doesn't have a convenient spot for the cord but that's our problem 😂 ... show more

This towel warmer is wonderful! I loved mine, so bought one for my daughter. It is easily to use and it is so great to get a warm towel stepping out of the tub or shower. I have no complaints!

I loved this even though the buttons stopped working shortly after purchasing. It was still usable but just had too press them a little harder than normal. However after having for almost 4 years the auto shutoff stopped working without warning and it didn't shut off after the last use. We only discovered this with the smell of burning plastic and now the bottom is melted. ... show more
