At first they sent me some extintions that where labeled and dicriribed to be my color platinum blonde with a slight yellow/gold tent to it and I received my extion and had some issues with one package out of the 4 I order witch was no big deal things happen they had no problem at all working with me to fix that problem and them the color of course was off it was more of a Rose Gold blonde or sliver pinkish blonde and wasn't what the picture one the web site look like so they immediately said they made a mistake and it's was going to be fix with no cost to me and they did everything they could to satisfy me and make sure I was happy and I am they sent me my hair they was the correct color for free and and no cost to me and apologize for the mix up and where really kind and fast about getting back to me this company is over the top amazing and they hair was soooo soft and gorgeous I love the hair is really is top notch hair so so worth the money!!! Overall I was pleased with this product. Hair was evenly colored and as expected based on picture on website. Hair was soft and didn’t tangle while being installed. Extensions were also easy to install. Length was as expected, but did thin out at the ends. I may have missed it in the product info on the website, but upon receiving the extensions, it was found that the beads needed to hold the extensions in place, were not included. The hair is very silky and well constructed. The wire is strong while maintaining flexibility. The pictures show 32 strands only because I started putting them in before I thought to take pictures. I love the balayage because it contains red Ash and neutral tones so it Blends very well with my existing highlights. The hair is a little thinner on the ends but that doesn't really bother me because it makes it easier for me to blend with my natural hair. I have an average amount of hair and amusing 150 extensions. I really should have bought another pack. I absolutely recommend buying one pack more than you think you will need just so you have extra to fill in as needed. Overall, I think these are fantastic.
