I am a total novice. I bought a kit (another brand) to fix my broken nails between appointments. It was very difficult to work with but I thought it was due to my inexperience. When I ran out of that powder I bought Young Nails Cover powder, Pink. I had been watching the great YK tutorial videos and thought I'd give this brand a try. It made all the difference. I have never been able to get a decent bead with the other brand. It just ran down the nail. With YK I had a workable bead for the first time ever! This does not drip and run. It stays on the nail and on not on the brush. Now that I have a quality product, I can work on my technique. I'm still pretty bad at this but at least I have a fighting chance to get better with a powder that works great! Many thanks to the YK team! ... show more
