These are great for travel, I use them for my phone cables, laptop cables and other small cables, works great for that, can be used with some tools but it's not a heavy duty bag, the quality is nice for the price.

The Different colors make identification easy and the hand strap is useful to carry or hang. They work ok for holding tools but aren't long enough for anything larger than a standard 3/8 in ratchet or pair of Strippers, Diagonal cutters, Needle nose pliers, Vise grips, sockets, Etc........all of these fit nicely though. I can't speak to the long-term durability since I just started using these. I would definitely buy them again and probably will since I could use more (these would be hard to beat for the price). ... show more

    • Waterproof EXCEPT for the zipper.
The inside is coated with a waterproof coating which seems to do the job. The zipper, however, doesn't even pretend to be waterproof. So, if you fill it with water, it will hold it until you turn it over.
