Definitely doesn’t hold the baby in place he just rolls off without moving or wiggling. The strap definitely is way to big. I think if we want this to do what it’s supposed to it should be a bit bigger the straps should be adjustable and there should be some kind of weight on the bottom of the pillow to try to keep it in place better or something stiff to keep it in place. So now it’s just an over priced teddy bear ... show more

So this product shows baby sleeping on top…. Well I wasn’t able to achieve that with my little one, every time we tried he just fell to the side. HOWEVER!, I did find it useful since my baby is a side sleeper , to use it as support to keep my child from pushing his face down during sleep and suffocation. So it worked out.
