Honestly, this is better than I expected. The smell is pretty bad when you open it (vacuum sealed), but we placed in a space we don't use often for it to air out. Once we did that, the smell went away in a couple days.

This rug is super comfortable and I love that I can wash it in the washing machine after my dogs decide to poop on it 🙃. I was very concerned when it cane wrapped in a super tight and small package lol. But it had to rise essentially, kind of like the purple mattress. Would definitely buy it again.

This rug exceeded my expectations. It’s thick and ridiculously soft. It makes a great addition to my office and my kids love to go in there and just lay on the floor and make “snow angels”. I bought this runner to be inside the door of my mudroom so that my dogs when they come in will be able to walk through it and hopefully have most of the mud knocked off their feet and because it’s machine washable . I expect it’s going to do pretty good at that because of the way that the runner is made with the little chenille loops that look like they will run between the dogs toes and over the bottoms of their feet as they walk over it. The only concerning thing is the “non-skid backing”. It doesn’t seem so much like a non-skid backing as it does just some kind of sticky, gummy…. I don’t know what kind of stuff on the back. I’m pretty sure that will keep it from sliding around on the floor for a little while… or at least until the first time I have to wash it. But I don’t have a lot of faith in that backing lasting after a few washes. We’ll see… And I will update this review once I know how it does in the wash ... show more
