After sitting in this chair NOTHING compares. This chair is so amazing! When you sit in the chair and turn it on it takes measurement to your body, once its taken measurement it massages EVERY WHERE! This chair massages everywhere... Your head, shoulders, back, mid back, lower back, your butt, legs, arms and feet. The air in this chair gently and meticulously presses on just the right areas at the right time as the other massagers roll on your body. The foot massage is amazing. I don't know how they got so much right on this chair but they did. We just had Thanksgiving and all of the adults just took turns sitting in this chair through out the day and it was perfect. Everyone who sat in it said it was seriously the best massage chair they have ever sat in. I was so nervous to get this because I was afraid it wouldn't do the job right, but It does the job better than I could have imagined. Side Note: My husband has chronic back, hip, knee, and foot pain. He suffers from a lot of nerve damage from a surgery that went bad. This chair has been so wonderful for him. I was afraid that it wouldn't be good for him and he LOVES it. It relaxes him and his body. This chair reclines back and you can lay back at 0 gravity which is perfect too for the back. It also has wheels on the back so you can easily move it which I am very happy about since I have to move it on my own. Enough said...You need to get this one!

This chair was pretty good while it worked a little bit hard on the body at some levels, it didn't last very long I had bought the extended warranty thank God and Allstate did refund my money but it took a lot to get it back. Had to jump through a lot of hoops with them how to repair me and come couldn't fix it had to email had to call took about 3 to 4 weeks. But I do recommend if you buy anything that is expensive to buy the Allstate plan it does pay off.

I've wanted one of these forever. We've had it about three weeks, so I feel confident leaving a review. It came assembled in a box, which was moveable by dolly and easy to unwrap. It also came a week early, which was a welcomed surprise. I love how the leg piece adjusts perfectly to your height. Whatever magic it uses to measure your shoulders and massage everything correctly is perfect. I haven't been able to use the foot massage (recent surgery), but my children tell me it's amazing. I love the pressure the shoulder and arm airbags give and the entire experience feels like you are in a cocoon. I've turned the bluetooth on a few times and the sound is nice. And the heating...heavenly! The only negative I would say is some of the mechanics are a bit loud (not overly but a little noticeable), but that's really not a detractor considering all the amazing things it does.

The chair arrived well-packed, and it was easy to set up and get started. DEFINITELY measure your door frame clearance! I had to take my backdoor off the hinges to get the chair into the house. The handheld controls are straightforward and easy to understand, although the instruction booklet wasn't particularly great. The chair worked perfectly for one day, but the zero gravity function failed day 2 (all other features remained functional). The seller was very communicative, and, after exploring numerous possible fixes, we decided the best action would be a refund. I purchased the chair based on it's numerous positive reviews, and I do believe the issue with mine was just a random fluke. So, although the chair didn't work out for me in the end, I feel good about the purchase, overall.

We had this massage chair for about 1 & 1/2 month. So far, we've used every 2-3 days and like it a lot. I think the quality, functions and construction of this chair pars with much much more expensive massage chairs. The more expensive chairs may have few more functions but it seems that this chair has all the functions needed and some more like zero gravity, heating and bluetooth connection for the music & songs, and slimmer than others. The foot massage is the best one that I've experienced among the massage chairs that I've experienced with. I'm pleasantly surprised how great this massage chair is, especially for the price, and would recommend it to anyone. Also, I had some issues with the delivery with the shipping company, but the Yitahome's customer service promptly took care of the issues and I was very satisfied.

This massage chair is very basic, It looks great, but as far as massage, It does not give the best massage, at least from me having other massage chairs. This chair like to mainly do about 6 different automatic programs, It does not offer the typical kneading, knocking, tapping, the remote does not have too many manual options.. So its quite a basic mechanism. The one thing I really like about this chair is the stretching function, where it grabs you and stretches you out, that alone feels great, but unlike my other chairs, I do not get off feeling good but rather when I get off I feel sore.. So if this is your first chair, sure it will be great, but when you have had a few, its not worth the cost, but the look is great!

Stop thinking about it and buy this chair. I researched for days so many different massage chair that I started confusing myself. It has the SL track so massages all the way from the top of your neck down to your upper thighs. 6 different modes and I love them all. The C mode is my favorite, stretches your legs and back. I was so nervous spending so much money on something I couldnt sit in, but its been 100% worth it. Wish i would have purchased years ago. I am on my feet 10+ hours a day and all i can think about on the way home from work is getting into the chair! The only negative I can come up with about the chair, is after the massage is over, I am so relaxed that it takes every ounce of energy I have left to get out of it :) I purchased on a Saturday afternoon and received it Sunday afternoon. A+++++
