These are light weight and you can't slip into them - the sides and heel are too flexible to do that. I sit down, slide in the toes and pull the heel tab - I'm in and comfortable for hours. The only annoyance is that the front half of the inner soles tend to follow my foot out when I take them off. I stick my hand in and it folds back into place. I suppose I could glue the toe section down but as long as the things don't come completely out of the shoe I haven't figured it's worth the trouble. If not for the issue with the inner sole I'd have given these puppies 5 stars - they are that comfortable. ... show more

I purchased these Men's Walking Shoes for my husband who spends 8 hours a day constantly walking at work. I thought they would be a good option for him because they are lightweight and not heavy. I was afraid he wouldn't like them because they aren't a "brand name" shoe. He surprised me. He really loves them and said that after a couple of days breaking them in his feet do not hurt and his legs are less painful. Shockingly, he also likes the slip on feature which I was worried about as well. He's gotten several compliments on them and had customers of his ask where to buy them so I had to share the link with him.
