Love the work, the sturdiness, and the fact that it was not hard to make although I did not make it. My boyfriend did, and I helped him, so definitely need another person to help you make the best, but it isn’t hard and doesn’t need any power tools or anything just toolbox, but they give you an Allen key in a small wrench which works if you don’t have a toolbox, but I would recommend having a screwdriver to make sure everything is fully sturdy and safe. Did it come with a few extra nails and things that my boyfriend and I used but he did not use the directions because he hasn’t stuff like this before as in construction so not sure if I should’ve had them put them on or if those were just in case it’s needed for extra in case you lose anything ... show more

These shelves are awesome. Wood is attractive and lightweight and once brackets are attached and they are hung, the shelves will support even the heaviest items. Well-packaged, all hardware included, even a tiny "level" in case you don't have one. HINT: You will be incredibly frustrated if you try to attach hardware and hang using the tiny Phillip's head screwdriver that is included, which is only reason I gave it only Tfour stars. Use you own full-size screwdriver. You'll be glad you did. These aren't the nicest shelves ever to come down the pike, but they are more than worth the price. Very chic. I bought a set of two "floating" shelves from brick & mortar store; even with adhesive strips on the back and nails underneath, they fell off the wall. Waste of money. These will never fall off! One longer shelf, two medium and one small. I love them. ... show more

So i have ocd and forgot to space them properly and id already added the anchors for the 2 medium shelves and couldnt bring myself to put the small shelf in between the medium shelves.... but these seem very solid i pressed down on them and tried to flex them and 100% believe they will work for my purpose which is to hold indoor plants! I think each shelf could probably hold up to a 3 gallon plant that has wet soil in it ( only if ur not using a heavy pot like ceramic or clay... if ur using a heavier pot id say 2.5 gallons-2 gallons max) ... show more

These shelves were so easy to set up and very sturdy! Great deal for the price, they look great in our living room. We are using them to hold DVDs, mostly our special edition and boxes sets which are a little larger than the normal DVD size but fit nicely on these shelves!

Ordered these to put my old mini game boxes for some old PC games I have out to display. They perform their intended task well and were easy and quick to put together. Having a level bubble come with them was nice. At first I was a lil miffed because they are 3 different sizes. That was my fault though next time I'll make sure I RTFD (Read The FULL Description) - anyone military will understand that reference. Anywho, I was able to do a 2 flanking and one under style to mount all my stuff on and now I have a 4th shelf I am going to figure out what to do with. (May go over my TV and put a couple dragons on it) ... show more

So you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. It looks just like the picture and serves its purpose. We didn't have an electric drill and still got them up but it was a little bit of a hassle. We put the screw in the wall and then removed it. Then put the screwdriver in the same hole to widen it. Then put the anchors in which was the worst part because the plastic is cheap and bends if you put too much force trying to get them in the wall. Overall really not bad and if you have the right tools set up will be much easier. ... show more

i didn’t realize all the shelves were different sizes so i was a little annoyed about that but that’s my fault for not checking. so i just combined them together to make 2 shelves. it still looks nice and feels sturdy.

These shelves are a great budget option, and look amazing. I personally like them, and they seem sturdy. The only notable issue is the wall anchors, which are made of a flimsy plastic, making them hard to put in well. However, this can be fixed by buying separate wall anchors.
