I love that it came with little risers that was so easy to put on. I use it everyday and it is very sturdy. Love that it is not super long because I have small feet and this size is so much more comfortable for me to use and I am able to maneuver on without tripping. I use the step platform at the higher height, which means that there are separate step pieces that click into place on the underside of the platform. My only complaint is that one of these pieces doesn’t click in tightly, and so it falls out if I lift the entire step platform to move it somewhere else. But I like the platform - it’s very sturdy and sits solidly on the floor even if I’m standing along one edge. Very good product. ... show more

I couldn't be happier with this exercise step. I am a big girl and it doesn't give at all when I use it. It is low enough for me to actually use for my beginning workout to help with using steps. This was the least expensive step platform I found, I wanted pink and black, so this was perfect! It is not cheap at all. I can put my full weight (145) on it and it doesn't give at all. I am giving this 3 stars because of quality and strength. The legs are never going to go on without a fight and a rubber mallet. I’m tempted to just throw them away. The center “gives” when you step on it. I am avoiding the center. I am giving this 5 stars because I like it and NEED it anyway. I need a low, no legs, platform to step on / off to build some cardio and strengthen the muscles that support the bad knees. I am avoiding stepping on the center. I step near the ends as they seem strong and steady. I am Also giving it 5 stars because I needed something small that won’t take up space. I started on a low count and it immediately got my heart pumping. Low, flat — step up/down, front facing, left side, right side. Again, I really like it. I like the 18-inch length, it is light, easy to move out of the way and it can serve as a low footstool. So, it can be versatile.
