I purchased this to use an appliance counter and store my utensils because my apt does not have enough counter space or cabinets. The two top rails were made in the wrong direction. If I flip them, the holes won't line up in order to screw and secure. The bottom has holes that must be in the same direction in order to secure a bottom rail which flipping them won't really resolve. I didn't figure this problem out until 40% built. Amazon customer service was nice, but really no help. Yes they can send me a replacement and OF COURSE now I have to take what I put together so far back apart to drop off. This is a total inconvenience plus I risk the possibility of same thing happening again. I only needed one correct part. So..... I'm tossing this puppy haphazardly back in the box as best as I can *per customer service* and getting a refund. I'm totally disgusted and disappointed being so excited about my purchase. Edit: I decided not to return this unit as I did not want to take apart what I had put together so far. I turned the backwards piece around and with alot of determination, I used longer screws and was able to catch the holes made in the wrong direction to secure together. No such luck with the front leg which are secured with hopes and dreams. It's wrong, but I made it work. I changed my rating to 3 stars only because I really like once built. ... show more

I got this for my office and it has been a great addition! I love that it has 2 drawers for storage and space underneath designed to have additional space for storage. It is very pretty as well with a dark wood top and neutral rich colors throughout. I love that it has a power station with outlets and USB connections.
