It needs to be completely assembled. Once installed, it took FOREVER to get it balanced. And I think its still might be a little crooked. My wife is really handy and said she wouldn’t have been able to install it by herself.

I schedule the electricians to come to make the installation, only to discover that the leg sequence pattern is all wrong. Now I have to pay extra for the electrician to assemble it correctly since it comes assembled from the manufacturer. They charge $60 an hour, now the installation is going to be more expensive than the chandelier itself. Called Amazon and they can’t deliver until 2-3 days from today and the company doesn’t have spots available since everyone is installing when the attics are cool since they have to go into that space. I can’t cancel because the company will charge me anyways. I hope Amazon would have a better resolution than saying sorry. ... show more

Okay, so I'm not usually one for fancy lighting fixtures, but when I saw this farmhouse chandelier, I was like YASSS, QUEEN. This thing is a whole mood. First things first, this chandelier has 16 lights. Like, who needs 16 lights in one fixture? Apparently, I do. It adds major drama and glamour to my dining room, and I feel like a total boss babe whenever I turn it on. The black metal finish is everything, too. This is an attractive and nicely turned out chandelier. The seller calls it 'farmhouse' but it seems retro to me. The quality is great. Assembly is a bit time consuming but not tricky at all. Make sure you have purchased the correct candelabra type LED bulbs as they are not included. A nice feature is that the ceiling plate can be adjusted to accomodate a sloped ceiling if needed without purchasing additional parts. Although the seller does not suggest it, I think this is easily adaptable to a swag type lamp by running the wires down to a switched outlet if desired. ... show more
