The brick pattern on this paper looks like the real thing. My girlfriend stopped by and she actually thought that I had bricked the wall. Very easy to hang, even let my granddaughter help do the bottom half of the wall. The only thing is it would be helpful if there was marks on the backing on where it would match up. Overall, it's right for its inexpensive price. It sticks well. It resticks well, too, as I found myself needing to pull it off the wall to restick and line up better. The edges need work to line up, and they're not perfect. It's a vertical roll. I feel like a horizontal roll would have been better than a vertical roll. I bought the brown pattern. One of the 3 rolls was more orange. Like a noticeable difference. Maybe only to me, or maybe my guests are too nice or don't care... but it bothers me. Yes, I ordered them at the same time and they arrived in the same box. Didn't notice until it was on the wall next to the others.

I wish the rolls went “side to side” rather than up and down since the rocks go that way. But vinyl is thick and the image is pretty realistic even if it repeats pretty quickly. If they came in squares/tiles I’d say it would be a win win winner hands down.

I know this isn't completely convincing , but its pretty close !!! The image printed on the wallpaper needs a bit more contrast to give it better depth , and it would be a little more convincing , but overall I really can't complain to much for the price . I had a roll of expensive vinyl wallpaper with a similar pattern. I ve wanted to put it on my fireplace wall for close to 8 years. FINALLY, I got time to do some re-painting nd decided to dive in. I knew I wanted the opposing wall of the fireplace to have the stone, but knew I did not have enough wallpaper. I found this pattern to be a pretty close match. The color is more saturated and the stone photos more crisp, vs. fuzzy as to appear as more realistic from afar, but it was darned close. I figured, it's opposing walls, I can get away with it. -And get away with it I did. The very expensive vinyl, paste back, stone wallpaper is on the fireplace wall, the Amazon peel and stick stone is on the opposing wall, floor to ceiling. It looks great! It does and can tear easily, but it is removable and replaceable if you find yourself needing to reposition. The pattern is not an EXACT repeat, but you can get it pretty close. Remember a pattern doesn't repeat equally with each strip side to side. You place a strip and the next strip you'll have to have travel up or down to find the match point (about 12" - 18" ) remember that fact when ordering your supply quantity. Overall this type of paper is really inexpensive, handy and easy to use. I love how versatile it is and the numerous applications where it could be applied. I'm glad I tried it. ... show more

The good is that I really like the way it looks in our kitchen. I like the 3D look about it. Up close you can tell but it is still pretty. The bad is its a little tough putting up because it comes in a roll so when you pull the paper off the back it gets stuck together easily if not super careful. I guess that is just the fact of working with contact paper. You also cannot line up the picture very well, maybe alittle but not well. It looks even nicer with pictures place over it. I think it kind of adds to it. I've wasted alot of contact paper trying to make it look nice and the way I like it so if you want to buy. I Recommend buying extra:). I would buy again. ... show more
