These wedges are of very good quaility. yamato branded grips. You can spend much much more, these hit well and are good value for the money. I'm a fan of Cleaveland wedges looking to replace 54 deg and ran up on this set. 50/54/58. Clean apperance and cool logo. Grooves are sharp and impart a great deal of spin on the ball. This is my initial comments on these wedges at tge range hitting off astro-turf after 7-8 rounds, for me i found myself wanting a lighter "feeling" club. ... show more

These are good wedges with deeply grooved faces and decent grips. The bounce varies with loft, less bounce with greater loft but they aren't labeled. I'd guess the 54 is about a 12 degree and the 58 is about a 10 degree. Turf interaction is good, I haven't noticed a tendency for the leading edge to dig excessively. The strength of the these wedges is the aggressive face grooves that grab the ball and can produce loads of spin. YMMV, as with any golf club, contact is everything. They aren't the softest feeling wedges but a very affordable alternative if you want to three lofts for less than the price of a single major brand wedge. ... show more

You can get some incredible spin with these clubs with the milled face. I have bought 3 different lofts i liked these so much. Also they are really cool looking. Grip is good, dont love the color but the feel is really good

I’m back to playing golf after 5 year break and decided to replace my Wilson 50 degree wedge . I carry 50, 54, and 58 degree wedges with the other two being vokey and I will soon replace them with the Yamatos. Great feel, like the weight which seems a little heavier than my others but can feel the club face through impact. Also like the midsized grip so much that I ordered 13 of them to put on the rest of my clubs. I’m around a 12 handicap and I love the bang for the buck!!! Single digit and scratch golfers probably wouldn’t stoop so low to play these but double digit golfers will be thrilled with them… ... show more
