If the durability proves good I'll give 5 stars. The plastic webbing that holds it all together looks like it will hold up (we'll see) and hopefully the finish will too. Only time n weather will tell if it does fade n rot, quickly.bfingers crossed. Installation was soooo easy!

First, about the product, I brought the dark brown and it looks perfect and is very easy to install. I bought 4 boxes in total (27*4 = 108 pieces) and only 2 were a little bit hard to fit, not impossible, just need some extra force to make it fit, and chances are < 2%, so, in general, I would say the size of each tile is pretty consistent. I just unboxed and installed it on my patio so not sure about the durability, yet. Secondly, about the fulfillment (which is awful). My original order was marked as 'undeliverable' during transit and got returned; when I tried to place the replacement order, I noticed the price has increased, so I contacted customer service for help. I was told as long as I order the same item from the same vendor, they could help with a price match or partial refund when the order arrived. Now a week later, the replacement finally arrived, but when I contacted the CS again, they told me since the order was not fulfilled by Amazon I cannot get a partial refund. (?!) the policy regarding price match is awful, how could I know I need to check the shipping method before placing a replacement order, I was ordering the exact same item from the same seller! Now I received the item much later and with a higher price, for something happened during the transit that I was not responsible for... ... show more

The tiles went together easily, the guide snaps on the edges of the tiles are easy to line up. the base is made of plastic and the boards are screwed onto the plastic base. It took about 25min. to snap all the tiles together and reposition the greenhouse. It took longer to unload and load the greenhouse back up than it did to put the floor together. I used 25 tiles for the floor which left me with two tiles left over. I put those on one section of shelfing that can now holds tools and smaller items. I gave it 4 stars on durability because I just put it in... I'll update this next spring and update the durability if it warrants an update. ... show more

I ordered 7 boxes of these beautiful tiles for a DIY patio. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered 6 of those boxes to the wrong home. I checked up and down my block and the one adjacent…nothing. I ended up buying six boxes of the same tile from a home store (for more money) because i needed them ASAP for my project. At the same time, I contacted the seller regarding the delivery issue. I provided a pic of the front of my home and from my ring camera at the time I should’ve gotten my delivery and they four days after I should’ve received my delivery, they sent a message saying I’d be getting refunded my money for the six boxes. The seventh box DID show up a couple days later and I was able to complete the project. The wood really is beautiful and it looks two-toned at night. I will be looking for more opportunities to purchase with them. Hopefully, FedEx gets it together by then. ... show more

If you don’t like the look of a concrete slab then this is perfect. My concrete has low spots that water pools in and gets a mess. These lay over it and water runs through cracks. They’re easy to rinse off dirt and debris. My neighbors apparently peeked over my fence and loved it and asked me what it was. No regrets and worth the money! My patio is 12x24ft so I ordered 11 boxes. I did have to cut a few pieces to fit the edges around the posts and the corners but they’re pretty easy to tweak. I do wish they made smaller pieces to order to avoid having to cut. Otherwise this whole thing took me less than 1 hr and it looks way better than before! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If you are dedicated to making your patio/balcony look amazing.. go ahead and spend the money. Ill let the video and picture speak for themselves, but i did use 2 sets of these parquet floor tiles. Mind you - each box comes with a 5ftx5ft plus 2 tiles so if you are measuring a space you will get 27, 1ft tiles per box. Did the calculations and went with turf for the remaining space on my balcony cause 500$ didnt sound too sweet. Love the look though!! Worth what i did spend to get the two boxes. ... show more
