    • This isn’t it, chief. Look elsewhere.
I’ll preface by saying that their customer service is good so I near no ill will to their customer service personally. With that said, I will start first with the shipping, which took over a month to arrive as compared to another item from the same seller that arrived 3 weeks beforehand and they were ordered only a day apart. I understand shipping isn’t their responsibility but this was literally the longest I ever waited on a package that ended up disappointing within a few minutes of trying it on, less than 5 minutes. One star off for this regardless. Shipping never updated at all after that one notification that it was simply processed in NJ for weeks. Secondly and the biggest one, the costume itself. It feels very cheap like the fabric softener sheets you put in the dryer. It also does not form fit me more and I ordered custom made. It fit ALRIGHT and I would say a 3.5 out of 5 and I’m not rounding up. When I was in the process of putting on my Joker boots along with the rest of the outfit, the pants ripped within a few seconds. Also the gloves for the Kasumi outfit were the size of baby hands so that didn’t fit whatsoever and the mask was just a cheap poor quality flimsy fabric but that’s another story entirely about the Kasumi outfit that I’m not fully satisfied with that I have yet to fully review yet. Either way, this is 2 stars off and I feel confident in that conclusion because aside from the shipping, I’m giving 1 Star for the cheap feeling fabric itself and 1 for the quality with how it ripped within a few seconds but also another 1 Star off because this does not even meet minimum standards if this easily rips within a few seconds. Overall, the mantra “You get what you paid for.” Should also come with a caveat for sellers, “You sew what you reap.” A rip within a few seconds when I’m just simply sitting on the couch is completely inexcusable no matter what cosplayer they sell to, this is the equivalent of Party City quality with how fast this ripped. If I was out at an event and this happened, my day would've been ruined and very embarrassing and overly stressful. This is clearly a disaster in the making with the poor quality. That’s why I feel the need to make my word known on the poor quality of this work and I experience no joy in doing so either because I’m a very docile person by nature and just move on accordingly and don’t want to cause suppliers trouble even with 4 stars, but this urges the need for a response and as a warning to other buyers that this isn’t the right one to buy. Quality like this should not be accepted for even a decent cosplayer nor made the norm as acceptable enough and should be known accordingly if change is to be made. When it comes to events, you know that you rely on the quality and look of your costumes and this achieves neither and feels more like a disposable one day use costume at home since this rips easily with very little effort. ... show more

Great customer service! Not to mention the fast shipping even without prime or expedited, the shipping for standard took about 2 weeks (from Shanghai to America) but once it arrived in my area, it was delivered faster than expected! It was well packaged and folded nicely. The fabric is also nice, very comfy, and can keep you warm at the very least too. I got mines custom made due to they didn’t have the right size measurements listed for me, since I’m quite a petite asian/person. And I must say that I’m impressed with the fitting! Usually if I’m ever going to buy something, I have to try it out myself before buying it, this is the first time scenario that I had to do this and they executed the situation well! Everything fitted nicely on me, the pants are wide pants but I managed to find a way to style it lol. All I have left to do is to make the mask (maybe dagger) and Joker is complete! (sadly no personas 😔)— and well female version ofc. 😂 I gotta say but I love the jacket though, probably my favorite piece. ❤️ One tip as always to every buyer: LOOK AT THE MEASUREMENT CHART! If you’re ever concern or have any questions about your own measurements or theirs, it doesn’t hurt to ask! Or to be easier/quicker on your end, do custom made. :D Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase! Good cosplay overall, though I only used the coat and the shirt, and didn't use the pants or gloves that came with it. I ordered a resize up from what I'd normally get just in case the cosplay was going to be too small, but it was actually true to size so I had to take it in several inches and I still could've taken it in more. I had to open up the coat collar and insert craft foam as a stiffener to get it to stand up like in the sale picture, and in the game. Not a deal breaker but frustrating since the shirt collar DOES have interfacing in it. Also came with a small dark stain on the inner shirt, which was hidden when wearing the coat, again, not a deal breaker but weird. The pants were so plain, and not fantastically made that I just used some pants I had instead. Same with the gloves (though I didn't have red). Also doesn't come with Joker's handkerchief in the front pocket, but you can tell from the photos it doesn't. Otherwise, I don't have many complaints and the pleather piping on the coat was great, looks good! That said, it did ship quick, and get here quick which was great! I'd probably give the seller another go if they had something I wanted, since the price was good for the quality. (picture included I'm not wearing their gloves or pants) ... show more

After reading the reviews, we ordered a small. My son is about 5’5 and 145lbs. He’s built with a cute chunky booty and thick thighs, so i was a little worried about the pants. He was able to button them. There are three buttons that button vertically by the belly button. The pants are snug, but the length is perfect. Everything else is perfect as far as the jacket and shirt. We may use a tight black undershirt to hide his stomach. If he reaches up with his arms, you can see skin. The gloves are loose, but they fit and will be fine for a night. I think for the price, it’s a good deal for all of the material you receive. I may try to move the buttons over on his pants to give him a little more room. I think a medium would have been too big. Hope this helps. ... show more
