To say I was disappointed by this purchase would be an understatement. I’ll be returning it immediately. The dress is NOTHING like what’s pictureed. The lace underlay is a different pattern, fit, and cut than pictured. It shows a scalloped hem, but it’s very clearly straight. The pattern pictured is not the same as the actual dress. The cape is AWFUL. I ordered down a size (L) so it would fit a bit tighter, but it was ridiculously oversized. Even trying to hold it behind me to see if I could make it tighter didn’t help. Instead of feeling sexy in this, I felt disgusted and gross. As you can see, it is not flattering in the least. In addition to fitting poorly, the fabric for both pieces is cheap and itchy. I purchased this for Halloween as a witch’s costume. First, I will say, it should only be worn as a costume, due to the quality, and for that reason I really like it. I am 5’ and normally wear size xs/sm, and the medium fit fine, even the sleeves were not long, which is very surprising as I “always” have to have the sleeves altered. Again I am short, but with high heels, the jacket is just a little long. As for the dress, the length fits me as it does in the picture, it’s is short and form fitting. The inner skirted part of the jacket is lined with stiff netting, which gives it body. Used as a costume, and compared to a “ready-to-wear” packaged costume, I think it’s so much nicer and has a more authentic feel. I purchase a feathered witch hat with netting, and a broom. Product does not look as sleek as the photo portrays. Lace dress has plenty of stretch, but does not look like the photo, it's also long, so if you're short it's going to be longer than picture shows and it also doesn't look as sexy. The long jacket is puffy, reminds me of the lady's dresses back in the country western days. Not Flattering if you're going for a sexy look. ... show more

I tend to look at pictures and not read. The dress is completely see through i thought it had a lining and the coat did not cover where it should have so i did not wear it. Forvtge price it was good. It was costume quality.

I absolutely loved this outfit. I read mixed reviews and ordered it anyway for a photoshoot. The jacket is not awful, it does have the stiffish tool layer that at first made me look boxy. After fussing with it it did settle down. The dress is all lace and is stretchy. It is a bit on the longer side but I didn’t mind it. To me this is for halloween or I should say more costume like but that’s what I needed. For what I needed it for it was perfect and even my photographer loved it.
