I bought these for my 8yo son that that he would have good gloves to play in the snow. Instead of having to put 2-3 pairs of the cheap knit ones on. I'm so glad that I purchased these for him that I bought a pair for my other 2 kids as well for everyday where. They kept his hands warm while he played outside in the snow the insides didn't seem to get wet or soak through at all. Pros: good, thick glove that fit my 8yr old well. Love the color! Worked well...for one winter. Cons: my 8yr old doesn't care about his stuff. He used these to play in the mud and somehow mud stained these gloves. Not sure what kind of snow fort the hooligan was building, but he managed to rip out the stitching in the palm of one glove where the black holds onto the orange. They're still functional! If you have a very busy and destructive 8yr old and don't want to spend a lot on gloves...get these...or don't, no one cares. They worked well and still do for my son. Planning to keep them until they're too small, he's burned he's in them, and has frostbite on at least 3 fingers. ... show more
