The seller has great customer service and the dress is a steal for the price and craftsmanship. The seller reached out shortly after I purchased a standard size dress and asked for measurements to be sure if the fit. After emailing my response we decided to change the size to an 18. The dress is well sewn and structured! When I do get the chance to wear it (the event this was for was canceled - no surprise for 2020) I will need to alter the straps shorter and possibly take in around the ribs. Also, the slot in the dress is scandalously high, so I will be sure to wear some shorts or couture briefs under the dress in case the slit opens too much. Dress arrived nicely packaged and upon opening the dress, I was excited to put it on. However, I noticed a tear in the seam of one of the back panels. It was very noticeable and compromised the overall integrity of the dress. I was not able to get the dress tailored in time for the event I ordered it for and put in for a return. The seller felt really bad and refunded me and told me to keep the dress. It is very nice for the price and I am thankfully that the seller did that for me. My only other concern is that the dress had no horsehair trim like in the photo and I don’t love the thickness of the ties for the back of the dress. BUY THIS DRESS! The material made is worth it and the make and style of the dress is just as it's shown in the picture. FLOOR LENGTH! Not shorter or awkwardly at ankle height--FLOOR LENGTH and it drags a bit to offer the person to wear heels with it too! The corset piece in the back is great quality, the string piece is sturdy and doesn't fray! It's the same quality of our old Prom dresses that were $200+ dollars but for such a great deal!!!! The dress is shinier than expected, and the slit comes up well above your hip bone. I am 5’8” and would need it altered just to keep myself covered while wearing this dress. For those reasons, I decided to return. However, the dress must be shipped INTERNATIONALLY for a refund, costing $50+ to do so. At that point, it’s not even worth it. So, unless you truly can commit to the dress, I’d explore other options. ... show more

This dress was amazing. Just right for my engagement photos. I had recieved the royal blue in a size 18. Rhe back corset gives you extra fabric or you can tighten it to what you need. It was long enough and heavy. Im approximately 5'6 usually a 2x with room carey more weight in my abdominal area. Its worth the price. Shipping was long. But it arrived in pretty good condition some wrinkles nothing you cant take care of. Get it! ... show more
