The media could not be loaded. *update again.. the seller contacted me and sent me a replacement at no cost. Took about a week to get the replacement but it was the newer version which was nice ... it's installed and works well so far.. changing the star rating from 3 to 4. I would do 5 however I would have preferred to have a decent product the first time. Customer service was nice and even did a follow up call to make sure the replacement was working. * UPDATE: mode button quit and a few days after that the power button quit..then the lights stayed stuck on after that in the middle of traffic.... they were hardwired into the my switch panel on my cruiser and I had to cut the wire to stop them....in the process of dealing with the manufacturer now. They are bright.. to use these in the upper windshield area you cannot use the suction cups. If you do it drops the bar down to mid windshield. But worst of all it comes with a power switch and a control box. You have to turn the power on with the switch THEN push the power button as well.. as a LEO, the process of hitting two separate buttons really does stink especially if you are in a hurry... the control box should not need to have a power button on it it should only change the patterns.. . It should come on when you flip the first switch. If there is a way to change that there was no instructions on how to do so. I attempted to call the manufacturer.. they did not answer or return my call when I left a nice voicemail. ... show more

    • Noticeable during the day and VERY bright at night
The media could not be loaded. Long story short, happy with the brightness. Didn’t know how it would do through tinted windows, but it’s pretty noticeable during the day and very bright and noticeable at night. Compared to other more spendy lights, it has a little less light output, but for the price, I’m very happy. As mentioned in other reviews, the mounting gear could be better. Suction cups didn’t stick to my window (probably because of its slight concave shape), so I ended up drilling holes and permanently mounting which is way better anyway. ... show more

Unfortunately, I had to return these. The light bar quality is great...maybe a little too great. The light bars are fairly heavy for their size, because of this the suction cups wouldn't stay in place. The weight of the light bars kept making them fall off. Also. it would be nice to be able to place one in the front of the car and one in the back but because of the wiring, this is not possible. ... show more

    • Mounting is garbage, lights are great
Overall great lighting system. Except the mounting came messed up, the suction cups are aweful, so you’ll need to find another way to mount them. Has some really cool patterns, if only the mounting was better, i’d absolutely pay more

    • Awesome light bars.
Really like the control bar so don't have to guess what pattern I'm on. Both the control cord and power cord could of use another 2ft longer but it still reaches cig lighter up front. Bright lights, just made my storm chasing safer. Super easy to install. I was replacing another light bar, so used 2 existing suction cup bracelets. Learned from first light bar, don't rely on just the suction cups. Added 3m double sided suction cup pads to suction cups, and super stick them cups to the glass. With two bars connected, I had plenty of room to adjust to my back window,now full width of window(2018 explorer). ... show more

This is an update from my last review. The first unit as I stated worked for about 20 to 30 seconds and poof gone nothing.     • Poor electronics
Light failed after 1 hour of use. Horrible. So horrible I am not even going to return it. Didn’t save the box anyways. Suction didn’t suction for the weight of the unit. Which “sucked.” Ended up screwing holes into the rear inside plastic of my explorer hatch. Only to have it fail.

They are great lights. Only 4 stars because the brackets don’t stay on very well in a rear truck window, because the angle. That causes them to rattle a little but overall good lights
