This is a perfect cold plunge if you need something that is small, portable, and simple. It comes with a bag that the entire unit fits in. It has an included air pump to pump up the top ring that keeps the whole unit up and circular. It comes with a drain hose to empty the unit. There is a cover included so that nothing accidentally falls into your cold plunge bath. The cover has a small meshed vent as well. I imagine this would work great if the air temp is hotter to prevent the water getting hot, or just generally stale inside. The main tub body is thick and feels quite strong and durable. There's some insulation in there too to make sure it keeps cold. This tub easily fits most sizes. I'm not sure what I'd say it's max is, but you could be very tall and fit in, no problem. Setup isn't too difficult, and it's pretty self explanatory. Install the support legs, foot side down. I found it easier to get them in if I first created a pocket for them to slip into with my finger. next, open the top ring air valve and connect the inflator pump. It's hand operated, and not very difficult to use. Close the valve.once the ring is filled and fairly stiff. You'll know if it isn't full yet, because the ring will be very limp and bent in spots. It should be fairly concentric. Once the water is in, it will round out perfectly. Now, make sure the drain valve is closed. This one could make for a mess if you forget. Open is parallel to the hose, closed is perpendicular. You're ready for cold cold water! I found that I can use cold tap water, and add a big heavy block of ice, and get water nice and cold. Step in and enjoy the feeling of freezing water all over every bit of you. If you're getting an ice plunge tub, you know what you're in for. The tub will make it easy. I love that I could take this camping, on vacation, anywhere, and have my ice plunge tub with me. Pivosdy made a real solid winner here. ... show more

This little cold plunge is very solid. Reminds me of setting up a Doughboy pool yet miniaturized. Comes in a carry case but I have a feeling that it will be like an air mattress and once it's out of the box, it will never go back in properly. But setup was easy. Just stuck the 6 support rods in and blew up the top part with the included air pump. It's just the top ring that inflates. I was almost thinking the whole unit did and was about to pull out the air compressor instead. Took maybe a minute to fully pump up. Next I filled it with water and since it's winter time now, it's already at a freezing temp. Perfect. Jumped in and it is quite roomy. Feels like Goku's hot tub in Dragon Ball Z. Just without the fire pit and some way cold water instead. I've done cold showers for about 15 years if not more by now and swam in glacier lakes in the mountains. But having this experience right outside, next to my BBQ is something special. Really does feel amazing. Especially once I get out, there's a huge sense of exhilaration. Just over all good for the whole body and mind. I do really like that it comes with a lid. Keep the pine needles out and hopefully the critters. Once it gets more towards spring, hopefully it doesn't turn into a Wasp hangout. But the lid does seal nicely and I believe it should do the trick. Overall, the mini pool is sturdy enough. Should last a good while. Especially if I keep it out of the sun once the seasons change. Makes for a comfortable cold plunge device. Almost want a hotub version of this to go along with it. I'll just have to see how it lasts in the long run. But it's working great for now. If it can get it all back in the bag for storage. It does not take up much room either. Very easy to assemble and use. I got this together in a matter of minutes. It comes with everything you need, the little hand pump to pump up the rim was super easy to use and worked like a charm. Once together and filled up, the tub is low enough for a full-sized adult to step or hurdle a leg in and get in, yet deep and big enough for you to crouch down and be fully covered in water up to your neck or chest. In order to get it to your neck you do need to keep putting water in, depending on your size, water will spill out and overflow once you crouch down. It is very sturdy ana durable, right now it's outside in the freezing cold and it's holding it's own. Great buy, seems like it will last a long time. ... show more

I've heard a lot of great things about cold therapy in relation to inflammation. One thing that I did notice was the difference in my sore muscles. I would agree with the manufacturer that this item is made of very high quality materials. I set up my ice bath tub in the garage and I keep it covered with the protective cover that they included in my package. Then I can use it any time day or night. I wish they would have had this size tub available for when I was having my babies! This tub was very easy to set up and has been very convenient to use and came with everything included for setting up. I would highly recommend this! ... show more
