This is the best set of porch furniture we’ve ever had. After going through 2 other sets that were uncomfortable, faded, and cheaply made, we were reluctant to spend more money on another set. So glad we did. The swivel rocking chairs are so nice for rocking grandkids and so comfortable we could sit in them all day. The cushions are thick and soft. The couch/sofa is perfect with its high back for resting your back and supporting your head. The kicker is that we can take a nap on it outside on our covered porch! No cramps or backaches, super nice. It was also delivered quickly, like 2 days. Can’t wait to have family over to share it with. Love the navy blue color cushions. This arrived in THREE large boxes. It was a bit overwhelming when first opening everything. First thing to do is organize each piece to have everything ready to put together. Instructions are pictures without a lot of text. It shows each piece and hardware to use. Putting together was easy once I figured out the position of each piece. It doesn't really tell you front or back so you have to pay attention to where screw holes are located. I put this together myself. The couch would have been easier with two so one could hold the pieces together while the other put the screws in since the pieces are so long. No tools of your own needed. everything is provided. I find the cushions very comfortable and LOVE the high backs so you can rest your head back. The chairs turn and slide/rock. The couch is sturdy, but it's also pretty light, so easy to move around. It seems like it will hold up in our sunroom. I'm sure it would be fine in an outdoor environment. This was reasonably priced for the number of pieces you receive and quality of what you get. I would have liked it if came with two side tables, but the ottomans are great! Highly Recommend ... show more

Mostly easy to put together. When they say on the instructions to NOT tighten the screws until they are all in, heed that advice! Looks modern, and is comfortable. A good value having bought this during Prime days.

We purchased this furnature set for our deck on April 30th, 2023. We initially loved the set and it appeared to be good quality. However, on June 9th, we noticed that the fabric on one if the cushions was darkened and was visibly melting into the foam cushion. This cushion receives the most sun exposure and it appears that the fabric or the waterproofing materials had reacted with the sun/heat and melted a section of the cushion. When we received the set, we noticed, on another cushion, what appeared to be a dark area, that was rough to the touch, as if glue or another type product had been spilled in the area. It did not appear to be a major issue, so we did not contact Amazon. However, after what occurred with the other cushion, we are very concerned about the safety and materials used in and on the fabric. On June 10th, I contacted Amazon to report what had occurred and our concerns about the fabric being potentially hazardous. I was informed that the return window had closed 4 days prior and they would have to call the seller directly. (I attempted to contact the seller, however, there is no contact information and all inquiries are redirected back to Amazon). The representative stated that Amazon provides sellers with 48 hours to respond to the customer and if we had not heard back in 48 hours, to contact Amazon again. We did not hear back from the seller, so we contacted Amazon again and we were informed that since the return date had passed by 4 days, many sellers will simply not respond to Amazon or the customer, even in situations that might involve a safety issue, including hazardous materials. After speaking with multiple Amazon representatives and finally speaking with a supervisor, we were able to address and rectify the situation. What is of great concern, is that the seller does not appear to have any responsibility to address matters related to the quality and safety of their products. I would highly advise to avoid purchasing any furnature sets, etc, from the seller. ... show more

As others have said, the seating is a little stiff. I believe this is more a result of the structural support rather than the cushions. Not complicated to assemble but it can be tedious. Keep in mind that an entire six piece setup comes in three large boxes. As mentioned in other reviews, a key to putting this together is to not tighten down any screws until all the screws in a piece are started. This gives you room to line up other screws. All screws tighten with an Allen wrench and most at in tight spaces so that's where the tedious work is. I took one of the two Allen wrenches that come with the set and cut off the short end so the long shaft would fit in my cordless drill. This made snugging up the screws a breeze. Final tightening was done with the remaining Allen wrench. We shopped for similar furniture at warehouse stores and big box stores and found this to be equal or better quality at a better price with the added benefit that UPS delivered this to my front door rather than having to find some way to lug it home. ... show more
