I was super skeptical about purchasing these skates as there were little reviews and pictures. I took the risk and purchased the skates. Even though they were eligible for prime it said they would take a week to come in, but I ordered them and within 4 days received everything. The skates came nicely packaged and I was so surprised they fit! Even though it is labeled for children the description says ages 5-20 and they are indeed adjustable. I’m a size 8 in adult so I was amazed that they fit so well. They don’t feel insecure at the ankle or anything they have a very sport like feel and look to them. Santa gave this as a Christmas gift to our grandson, and he loves it... it's hard for us to get him to take the skates off his feet wherever he might be. Because the size is easily adjustable, he will be able to continue using the skates as his feet grow bigger. They should do that for all children's shoes, but they probably don't because it would limit the amount of shoes purchased from shoe manufacturers and sellers. I chose these because they can grow with her & she chose them for the color & light up wheels. They seem well made & are easy for her to get on.
