These are great skates! Got them for my granddaughter who is learning to skate but would be appropriate for someone with more skill. The boot is well made with good padding and you can tighten the wheels to provide more traction for a beginner. Bought the blue/pink ones and they are so cute, the sparkly flashing lighted wheels really set them off. Haven't tried the rollerblades yet but they seem to be as good of quality as the quad wheels.
