The media could not be loaded. Her hair is of very poor quality, it's missing a chunk of hair behind her left ear and she's deflated and her back half is completely flat. The seller is very difficult to get in contact with. I paid for expedited shipping and she still arrived rather late than she were supposed to. She's not nearly realistic as the description says. I'm very disappointed. And I feel I deserve a full money back refund and to keep her or do with her as I please for all my troubles. ... show more

Arrived early. Doll is hollow and does not look like the photo. Doll hair is poor quality and is a full head of hair that hangs down below the collar. It is not wispy like the photo and what our granddaughter wanted. The clothing are totally different.
