Ordered these cups through Prime expecting them to be here within the 2 day period. Not only did we have two delays but the cups came a whole week and a half later. After completing my cups they had a white residue that caused them to appear and have a dull finish. Overall I was not satisfied with this purchase. based on the shipping/receiving reviews, I purposely ordered 8 to make this an "even" shape for shipping. The seller tabled all the individual tumbler boxes together, then placed them into a poly bag. 3 of the outside/corner boxes were dented/damaged, but the tape on all the boxes peeled the white lay off - leaving the white boxes unable to be used for selling/gifting purposes. The tumblers sublimated ok - many that I did with browns/reds the color appeared very dull compared to other tumblers I've bought from other sellers. ... show more
