Please check your cups when they arrive, one of my cups, which I only ordered a 6 pack, there was a line at the bottom which I thought was a scratch mark, was actually a cut, as though there was a seam at the bottom of the cup that was not sealed and I could pull the bottom of the cup off. Ups sublimated great. Although the cups came taped together it was fine. Boxes were not damaged and still able to use if you just slice where the tape is verses trying to pull the tape off. I will definitely purchase again
