Picked these up because I grew sick of seeing the pile of 20 rechargeable AA batteries that were all dead next to my kids Xbox gaming chair. I figured this would eliminate one step and maybe his controllers would stay charged. So far, so good! Unlike other rechargeables, this pack is designed to stay in the controller and doesn't need to be removed to be charged. They include new back case covers for your controllers with a little cutout that allows the battery to charge when placed on the included dock. You can tell it is charging when the green light turns red. There are two batteries and two docks so you can charge two controllers at once and ensure you always have a fully charged controller to play with if you just place your controller on this charging station when you are done gaming. The only thing I don't personally love is that the green lights on the dock stay lit all the time. I guess you know it's ready to charge then though. This is a great product though and it has worked perfectly for Xbox one controllers. Very easy to set up, long battery life, quick recharge time, for more nonstop gaming fun. ... show more

    • Works great and looks cool
The charger works very well and charges the batteries pretty quickly from being completely drained. The charger has indicator lights that let you know when the charge is complete by turning from red to green. When both controller batteries are charged the whole face lights up green and while they are charging it's red. I have had other chargers like this that you place the controller on to charge and I have always had issues with getting the controller perfectly positioned but with this one they seem to go right in the spot they need to be in and start charging right away. The USB-C cable that is included is probably longer than it needs to be but it's good to have a little extra length to it just incase. It's really cool that they include battery covers for all the xbox models but I don't know what I'm gonna do with the extra 2. The only issue I have is with the way the batteries go in the controller. The OEM batteries can only be placed in the controller one way so you don't put them in wrong but these ones can go in 2 different ways and it makes it a little confusing if you aren't paying attention. As long as you make sure the side with the contacts are pointed out you should be ok. The batteries themselves last just as long as the OEM batteries and charge just the same. ... show more

What drew me to this was the green color that reminded me of my xbox 360 days and it looks amazing next to my console and on my table. The light is bright but that so bright that it’s distracting and my friends compliment it every time they come over to play.

Xbox Controller Charger Station with 2x5520mWh Rechargeable Battery Pack for Xbox One Controller. These are wonderful for several reasons. Rechargeable batteries help reduce waste. You save tons of money when compared to disposable batteries. If you play games like COD you know how fast the batteries need replacing. This set is so easy to recharge. Just drop the controller on the stand. No playing around with changing them every few days. All that and the stand looks really cool. I have several of these sets and i love them all. I got tired of constantly buying batteries for my Xbox controllers, bu having this is a game changer. You just insert the batteries, and place the controller on the base. The lights on the base turn green when fully charged, and it charges pretty quickly. It’s easy to setup and works better than expected. The time between charges lasts a long time. We go through batteries like crazy at my house due to my Grandchildren spending all of their spare time on the Xbox. We have an Xbox one X. The two controllers that came with the Xbox and the one that we purchased separately at the same time do not work with this charger. The latest controller works just fine. The problem I'm having is that the battery covers do not fit on three of the controllers. It works great on our newest controller. I should have been more careful when ordering this as I assumed that all Xbox controllers are the same. ... show more
